From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our deluxe pool villa was spacious and private, with direct access to the beach. The hotel facilities were extensive, including a surprisingly challenging 9 hole golf course. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff at all the restaurants were attentive and accommodating.

We were amazed by the stunning beauty of the island and the lush jungle at Shangri-La's Villingili Resort And Spa. Exploring the island on bicycles was a wonderful experience. The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was luxurious and comfortable. The spa was excellent and provided great relaxation. The local flight and travel arrangements were well-managed. Housekeeping service was top-notch.

The complimentary drinks and fruits upon arrival were a nice touch. The location was great for exploring the island and there were plenty of activities available. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The room cleanliness was not up to standards. We found several bugs in the room and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

We had an unforgettable time at this luxurious hotel. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the exclusive amenities, including the sauna and swimming pool, were a fantastic addition to our stay. the room advantages were remarkable, with a stunning view and comfortable furnishings. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exceptional, with a wide selection of dishes and cocktails to choose from. Breakfast at the restaurant buffet was delicious, with a range of options available.

While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor issue we encountered. the location, although convenient for a short journey from the airport, did not have the best beach.
